Definitions :

• Platform: Rukn platform in its electronic form and applications.
• Service Partners Program: A program that connects store owners with independent and accredited service providers.
• Service Provider (Service Partner): Any person or entity that provides services through the program.
• Store Owner: The user who receives services through the Rukn platform.
• Service: Any service provided through the services network.

The Nature of Rukn Platform's Role :

• Rukn platform acts as an intermediary and coordinator between store owners and service providers.
• Rukn platform does not provide services directly, and is not considered an executing party.
• The platform's role is limited to:
• Connecting both parties effectively and securely
• Organizing the communication and coordination process between them
• Assisting in request coordination and follow-up
• Providing support, guidance, and consultation when needed
• Rukn platform does not bear responsibility for technical execution or final service outcomes beyond its role as an intermediary.

Requirements for Joining as a Service Partner :

• Filling out the application form with correct and accurate information.
• Providing work samples or links proving experience upon request.
• Only service providers who have a clear work record or proven experience are accepted.
• Rukn platform reserves the right to:
• Accept or reject a joining request without stating reasons.
• Suspend or terminate the partnership in case of violating terms or breaching obligations.

Service Provider Obligations :

• The service provider is obligated to:
• Provide the service with professional quality.
• Commit to agreed timelines.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with the store owner.
• Execute the service according to the agreed details.

Store Owner Obligations :

• The store owner is obligated to:
• Clarify service requirements fully and accurately.
• Commit to payment according to the agreement with the service provider.
• Deal respectfully with the partner and the platform.
• Not misuse the Rukn platform or the Service Partners Program.

Pricing and Payment Mechanism :

• Prices and payment mechanisms are agreed directly between the store owner and the service provider.
• Rukn platform may in the future impose coordination fees or fixed fees on some services.
• Rukn platform is not responsible for any financial agreement made outside its role as an intermediary.

Cancellation and Dispute Resolution :

• In case of any dispute between the store owner and the service provider, Rukn platform seeks to help resolve the dispute amicably as much as possible.
• Rukn platform is not a judicial authority and does not bear responsibility for legal or financial disputes.
• Any dispute outside the platform's role is resolved directly between the two parties.

Intellectual Property :

• The rights of works and materials resulting from the service belong to the party agreed upon between the store owner and the service provider.
• Rukn platform does not own any intellectual property rights to works provided through the program.

Suspension or Termination of the Agreement :

• Rukn platform has the right to suspend or terminate the agreement with any user or service partner in case of:
• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Receiving repeated complaints or misuse of the program.

Amendments to the Terms :

• The platform may amend these terms at any time.
• Updates are published on this page, and continued use of the program is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
