Affiliate Program - Rukn
Welcome to Rukn's affiliate program.
By using or joining this program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registration.
Definitions:
- Rukn: The e-commerce store creation platform owned and operated by Rukn.
- The Program: Rukn's affiliate marketing program.
- Affiliate marketer: The person or entity accepted into the affiliate program for Rukn services.
- Referred customer: Any paid subscription completed through an approved Rukn tracking link or method.
Joining terms:
- Any individual or legal entity may apply to the program.
- All applications are subject to manual review and approval by the Rukn team.
- Rukn reserves the right to accept or reject any application without stating reasons.
How it works:
- The affiliate marketer receives dedicated tracking methods after being accepted.
- Commissions are calculated only for qualified subscriptions completed through approved tracking methods.
- Any referrals resulting from illegitimate channels or policy-violating methods are excluded.
Commissions and bonuses:
- Commissions depend on the number of qualified subscriptions achieved.
- Rukn may provide additional bonuses or incentives based on performance.
- Rukn reserves the right to modify commission or bonus mechanisms at any time, with notification to affiliates.
Permitted marketing channels:
- Rukn allows affiliates to use the following channels:
- Social media
- Content and articles
- Paid ads
- Direct relationships with merchants
Strictly prohibited:
- Promoting Rukn or its commercial platform in a misleading or unauthorized way.
- Misleading ads or unrealistic promises.
- Sending spam messages.
- Impersonating Rukn or claiming official representation without authorization.
Intellectual property and content:
- All intellectual property rights and trademarks of Rukn remain fully protected.
- Marketing materials provided by Rukn may only be used within the program scope.
- No content may be modified or reused without written approval.
Payout and withdrawals:
- Payout methods and withdrawal process are clarified after joining the program.
- Rukn is not responsible for delays resulting from incorrect payout information submitted by the affiliate.
Cancellation and refunds:
- If a customer cancels a subscription or requests a refund, Rukn may cancel commissions linked to that subscription.
- Commissions are counted only after subscription stability is confirmed according to Rukn policies.
Suspension and termination:
- Rukn reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate membership if:
- Terms and conditions are violated.
- Illegal or unethical marketing methods are used.
- Rukn's reputation or customers are harmed.
Terms updates:
- Rukn may update these terms and conditions at any time.
- Continuing to use the program after updates constitutes implicit acceptance.

- Rukn does not guarantee any specific level of profit from this program.
- Results depend on each affiliate's effort, strategy, and marketing tools.
